“Ordered 5 boys track suits needed for grandsons birthday paid 7.99 postage. 3 tracksuits perfect for 3-4 year old other 2 very small. I now have to return for refund abs have to pay Royal Mail postage disgrace considering how much I spent”

“Easy to access, had varieties to choose from, and the delivery was on point. The only issue I had was with the sizes for my kids, got confusing a little bit but eventually got it sorted out. Good experience and recommended.✌👍”

“I received the wrong item, was told it was my error because I ordered the wrong size (I didn’t). I explained that I’m shielding because I’m clinically extremely vulnerable and can’t get to the post office, and requested an extension to the returns window due to the circumstances. I was told no and the customer service ticket was as ‘closed’ without even asking if I needed any more assistance. So disappointing and quite upsetting”

“This review is based purely on communication rather than the products, which is just as important. I ordered some golf balls and trousers, (£4.99 delivery fee, expensive in comparison to competitors but was willing to go for it) as soon as my order is placed, without my knowledge OR option to choose if I still want to go ahead otherwise, the trousers were taken off because out of stock, I could have ordered the golf balls on their own on amazon with no delivery cost, but instead I was mislead here and given no option to change otherwise, thata really bad with the high delivery cost, will post on here and trustpilot”

“Having ordered my size trainers online, my order was somehow changed so I received the wrong size AND I WAS BLAMED! They had to be returned at my expense to achieve the correct size - which I had originally ordered.”

“I ordered on line paid for shipping which was very expensive and didn’t like the product/item ask for my return and refund which costed a lot more . I feel misled and cheated .i most of the companies on line offer free returns and feel you skimmed money from consumer and that’s not acceptable.M Ashley look after your business”

“Спасибо все было хорошо кроме одного Вы отправили товар dhl в моей стране это большая проблема - растаможить товар нужно ехать 50км либо платить 30 фунтов - получилось в итоге дорого Лучше бы вы ртправили простой почтой”
