“Amazing range of branded outfits on discounted price but the only thing disappointed me was unavailability of items after payment done. Yes the amount they do not deduct but if I knew beforehand, I would have looked for other alternative. This way I didn’t have to pay again for delivery charge. Otherwise great stuff for everyone.”

“The sports bras I ordered fit perfectly and feel really good quality however the USA pro high waist leggings I ordered despite being the perfect fit, the stitching on one of the seams started to unravel after only 1 use and is continuing to unpick itself every time I wear them (only had 3 uses our of them). This is really disappointing and I unfortunately binned the packaging and so can't return them!”

“I ordered a boys tracksuit, it was cancelled due to being out of stock. I then ordered a different one plus a t shirt. I received the t shirt but had to chase up the tracksuit. Lo and behold the tracksuit that was cancelled due to being out of was the one that arrived. After all the messing around I ended up spending more than I had intended. I would certain think twice before using sports direct online.”

“Wide choice of stock but after taking order at 10:30 in the morning was then emailed at 22:30 that night telling me I wasn’t getting my order after paying extra for next day delivery which caused me an inconvenience then took 5 days for the refund to get back to my account causing me to have to reorder a different set of shoes.”

“I was charged twice for my order as one item wasn't available. The order was placed order was placed on the 6th of March and 1st payment was taken, second amount is being held pending since then and won't be refunded into my account until Saturday 20th of March as I contacted my bank and they gave me this information. I emailed them and called all 3 numbers to try and get my money back sooner as I'm on disability and this was my full payment so iv had to go without groceries for that week and trying to come back since. This isn't good enough. Terrible way to treat customers.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of trainers one pair was supposed to be white but looked second hand. Had to send them back for an exchange but out of stock. So I'm £4.20 out of pocket which i had to pay to return your mistake. Never use sports direct again and would advise friends and family not to.”
