“Website very good and easy to use (and I'm a technophobe) Items at a reasonable price Hermes leave alot to be desired, bought 2 items recently at different times and both times they delivered to the wrong address. They have though proudly sent me a picture delivering to the said wrong address”

“Charged me £4 more for the items than it would have cost me in the shop, was charged £14 per box of golf balls that I could have got for £13 in the shop, and then you also add another £4 for shipping, quite frankly you should be wearing masks.”

“Hello, I ordered size 8 shoes. A pair of size 10 sheos arrived. As per the delivery note .. I then went on to the website and rendered the same pair in size 8. A pair of 10 turns up in my basket. As this had happened before I checked. Really not sure how this can happen but it did. Resulting in me having to pay to return the item. This hasn't been a great experience.”

“Customer service review not product. Mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoe, asked to change straight after ordering to be told its not doable, get items and have to pay to return. Shockingly bad. Wont be ordering from you again.”
