“Ordered all items off the web site, which showed as in stock , anything that wasn’t you looked again, but even once ordered and allocated, I was still getting emails to stay out of stock and I had to re-select”

“A truly abismal disgusting useless service, still awaiting my £7:99 refund for so called next day delivery which took 5 days, total breach of contract will be taking them to claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM SPORTS DIRECT THEY ARE A DISGRACE.”

“Order arrived quickly and correctly which was good but the company's policy towards cancellations is absolutely ridiculous. Tried to cancelled an order merely 2 minutes after placing it and it wasn't allowed. Customer Service's answer was also appalling. Not shopping at SD again due to poor cancellation policy”

“They delivered quickly and I could track my parcel once it was dispatched. I had to return my item because it was the wrong size, bit that's on me not the UK's number 1 (doo doo doo doo). However, the shoebox my item came in was in poor condition both times, with both the original item and the exchange item.”
