“Wrong size shoes sent. Had to pay for postage of new pair, then to return wrong ones. Customer services not very helpful regarding and said couldnt have refund on postage because didnt return the full order. Still waiting for refund on the wrong trainers.”

“I bought these Gelert boots for my son who is size 14. I always have difficulty getting footwear for him. For many years I had to get footwear from the U.S. delighted I can now access them from Sports Direct. He has had a different brand in the past, but expressed a preference for this brand. The web site is well designed and easy to use. I always get a good deal whatever I buy.”
