“Ordered size 7 trainers, arrived next day but 1x size 7, 1x size 10? Why have i had to pay for faulty returns? How do i get this money back?”

“Ordered 4 pairs of tight dri fit joggers 2 Nike and 2 Adidas both were the same bottoms in different colours 2 being black and 2 being navy blue. 1 got cancelled because of no stock which was fine but when I got my order my black Nike bottoms were completely different to my navy blue Nike joggers despite me ordering the exact same pair but in different colours, now I have some baggy Nike joggers I never wanted.”

“I was frustrated that all of the items arrived in dribs and drabs over several parcels. This is the most unenvironmentally friendly and wasteful way to send the items. I also was frustrated that everything arrived in plastic when it could have been sent in recyclable packaging quite easily. Sports Direct have to change this practice. The delivery also took a long time to arrive.”

“I received my parcel that was open and half of the stuff was missing, I contacted customer services straight away but had to send 2 and 3 emails each time to get any response, the responses were poor providing very little information and I am weeks down the line still waiting a refund. I have used sports direct in the past and had no issues so I have never had to contact customer services before and after this order I won't be using them again.”

“I ordered the exact same pair of trainers for my son but in a larger size 6.5 compared to old ones 5.5. 2 sizes bigger to ensure they would fit. The 6.5 trainer does not fit him despite that being his correct shoe size. The 6.5 size trainer is the same length and width of the 5.5 shoe. I have paid 4.99 delivery and will now have to pay postage to return them. The shoes cost £22.99 so I am going to lose out on nearly £10 for total postage. I've now packaged the trainers up so no photo”

“I place three orders and got one with in a day . Got two in four days but it was a big order and everything was right and in perfect condition. Got three the day after. Very happy with my service. No problems . Great job . Thanks for my clothes 💯👍👍 very happy 😊”
