“I've ordered the budget Slazenger men's track pants on several occasions now. I wear them around the house for DIY and when out walking the dog, which saves me sullying my better trousers. Sports Direct have an order and delivery process which is easy to navigate, and my most recent delivery arrived earlier than expected.”

“Still haven't received my parcel even though it said it has been delivered, I requested to be put in the garage as my safe place and on the picture it was placed outside the garage door full view from everyone to see even though the garage door was open”

“Still not received my order. Absolutely appalling service to be honest. Keep getting text to say my parcel is ready followed by a further test to say. There’s been a problem with your delivery? Been going on like this on and off for over a week!! Not impressed at all!!! Hermes delivery service that you are using is horrendous? I’d like to know what’s going on actually or a refund please?”

“It has been made blatantly obvious that a simple return/refund issue cannot be dealt with. The store decides that perhaps what you want is what they wish to give you choosing to ignore your return request. Having requested a refund i instead recieved an exchange i had not requested, costing me additional money in postage returns and forcing me to apply through Paypal for my refund, as all my mails were ignored and i only recieved automated responses! Shoddy behaviour and terrible customer service!”

“Absolutely terrible company, never buy from them, does not even deserve 1 star. They faked the shipping order for a whole month until I emailed to chased on the order. Then they cancelled the order Without notifying me. I ordered dumbbells at the start of lockdown to do home exercises. Now lockdown is almost over and I still have not seen a single piece of iron.”

“Trainer are good. But had to order twice as Frist order got cancelled. Pressed size 10 but got sent 11.5 also paid for next day delivery and they were 5 day late.”
