“Terrible customer services. They dont seem to care about their customers. Way behind their competitors in terms of customer services. They sent me the wrong kids trainers nearly 4 weeks ago. Despite 4 emails from me they have done nothing. They wont facilitate return of the trainers and keep fobbing me off with "i have to talk to senior management". They have kept my money for nearly 4 weeks. Never ever again. I think I will have to talk to ombudsman just to get my basic consumer rights.”

“worst online experience in years. both in delivery and in product. first the dpd courier didn’t bother to call the bell. just left the “we missed you paper and left.” then the first dpd phone assistant refused to help me and hang up on me. then after i managed to talk with the second dpd assistant about it , he was kind enough to help me find a place to have my parcel delivered and i collect it form there the day after (already had wasted a day) when i collected the parcel i noticed both pair of shoes appeared to bigs after wearing the first for a day i realised that i had ordered shoes size 11. the box of the shoes where size 11, but the shoes inside where size 12. the label in the shoe was different that the label on the box. FOR both pairs. if it was for one pair i would be accepting it as a mistake but in both pairs it is obvious it is far from a coincidence . do not buy online from this shop. waste of time and energy. i know that prices are tempting but if you can not wear the shoes what is the benefit?”

“Was sent the wrong size, even though I emailed when I saw the mistake on the confirmation email. Was back and forth emailing and kept being told 'sorry for the inconvenience'. So wasted £7.99 on next day delivery and then a further £5 on returning the item. Absolutely terrible customer service.”

“I ordered a pair of Nike Court A/Max Volley shoes in black and white. They sent the wrong colour shoes and agreed to provide a refund citing "Good Will Gesture". I ordered the shoes I wanted a second time thinking that the previous error was a simple mistake. The same thing happened and they again sent the wrong shoes. They do not pick up the telephone and they don't seem to be in a hurry to respond to my messages. Potentially I will be out of pocket with return delivery charges - TWICE! Avoid!”

“Not happy and clear with the customer service communication. I had ordered multiple items, 1 of which needs to be replaced. The company charges the customer for the replacement also, even though it's a size exchange.”
