“My item sent was full of marks and when I told them I asked for pre paid to send back but instead they wanted me to pay.that is not acceptable things need to be checked before sending out !!”

“Sports Direct delivery and returns, out of pocket £10. Sorry won't be using again, stores closed due to Coivid and no free delivery and returns!! Shop elsewhere where they offer free delivery and returns....”

“The purchased trainers were a small size 6.5 and had to be sent back. With the cost of 2-way P&P for delivery and return, I find myself approx £10 out-of-pocket. Disappointing as many competitors offer free returns.”

“I was sent the wrong hoodie, and when I attempted to re-order I was again sent the wrong item! Have emailed to complain and was asked to provide photos of the items and relevant paperwork. I did so 3 days ago and no reply yet! Clearly the items and codes are wrong on your system! Gives me little confidence this will not happen again”
