“Ill write a review when my lost item arrives! When i ordered a 2 piece jog suit and only got the jumper! Clearly don't check the items before dispatching them!!!! Also the free mug was broken!!”

“Disappointed with the service on this occasion. Wrong size initially sent (not SD’s fault as wrongly tagged by manufacturer) but replacement pair sent also faulty (again not SD fault) but due to the returns policy I’m now £6 out of pocket for 2 returns when neither were my fault. Punishing wrong people.”

“I got the bike with a much more cheaper gear what was written in the specification. It was installed wrong so i had to pay additional money for the service. Unfortunately i bhought it for work so if i would send it back that would be worse in my situation cause i would not be able to earn money.”

“Good fast delivery but I did pay extra for that so expected it. However it wasn’t clear when returning items I’d be responsible for paying for their return!! If id have known this wouldn’t have bothered. I’d checked returns policy but it wasn’t clear I’d have to pay for this. Not impressed at all!!! I’m not further out of pocket and don’t have all the items I need.”

“One of my items the bag was ripped oped and the t shirt was black with what looked like a oil based substance. Sent back on Saturday. Disappointed as whoever put this item in my order knew it was substandard and sent anyway. All other items were fine.”
