“I ordered a treadmill worth £450 and after a long waiting time they simply said it’s delayed.no helpline, no email reply horrible customer service,no answer.don’t know where I am standing after order a long ago.simply 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Order arrived quickly and correctly which was good but the company's policy towards cancellations is absolutely ridiculous. Tried to cancelled an order merely 2 minutes after placing it and it wasn't allowed. Customer Service's answer was also appalling. Not shopping at SD again due to poor cancellation policy”

“They delivered quickly and I could track my parcel once it was dispatched. I had to return my item because it was the wrong size, bit that's on me not the UK's number 1 (doo doo doo doo). However, the shoebox my item came in was in poor condition both times, with both the original item and the exchange item.”

“Very disapointed that my order could not be fully fulfilled with only 2 items of 18 being supplied. I was not able to cancell and had to pay full delivery costs. I will not be using your services again.”

“Ordered my daughter some puma trainers in the sale, said they'd take a week to arrive and they actually came the next day. Daughter adores the trainer's and says they are the comfiest things ever! So happy mamma!”

“The first pair of football boots I received still had a security tag on them. So, I had to return them for a replacement to be sent. The replacement was fine, but arrived too late for grandson starting back to school. The first week he had to squeeze his feet into too small boots.”

“I ordered shoes 9th of march and haven't arrived yet.i put that under one day delivery no benefit paying extra for one day delivery and even not replying back properly to me when they gonna deliver. I will say worst experience order from sport direct first time and it would be the last time....”

“The ski jacket I bought is very good in general. However the zip of the one I received was faulty and got broken on the first week of wearing. I returned the jacket and they send me new one. However, the return postage expenses were on my own, which I found as a flow about customer service.”

“The umbrella ordered was bent and unusable and will need to go back but I am very dubious about doing this as the same thing could happen with the replacement as it was only in a cardboard box which was quite badly damaged.”

“very poor return policy, they charge you shipment but it's not covered with the refund So if the product doesn't suit you, you actually lose money, not only the shipment but also the post charge to return them”
