“I bought these Gelert boots for my son who is size 14. I always have difficulty getting footwear for him. For many years I had to get footwear from the U.S. delighted I can now access them from Sports Direct. He has had a different brand in the past, but expressed a preference for this brand. The web site is well designed and easy to use. I always get a good deal whatever I buy.”

“Bizarrely I have given a 4 rating because though they got it wrong, they were better at putting it right. What do I mean? Well, my order of football boots, which were a good price, was picked correctly, but inside the box there were a different pair of boots (actually more expensive). I dreaded how this may prove tricky, but from the initail contact, right through the return process, everything was fairly simple, dealt with quickly, and cost me nothing extra with regards to postage. The new boots then arrived, all within a week, and I did like the personal touch of the Customer Service person who corresponded with their name. Now I have a pair of boots I'm happy with.”

“Have not yet received my order although within the delivery dates. Not at all impressed asi ordered six polo shirts with £4.99 delivery charge which wasn’t to bad for six shirts and after I had checked out I had an email to say that four were out of stock. So I have paid £4.99 for the delivery of two t shirts which I would not have done. Surely they should tell you these are out of stock before you check out to give you the option of cancelling your order. AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT so thoroughly annoyed.”

“So annoying ordering on line. As you select size of show which I did (5) when you scrol down to payment, it clicks on an 8. I paid and then realised. Payment hadn't gone through but no way of amending order. So had to re order again and now got to send back at my cost. Total joke.”
