“quick delivery and as I needed to return my trainers (only due to the wrong size) the process was very easy and the refund was very quick. My only issue - and why I've given 4 stars instead of 5, is that to buy the trainers and send them back has cost me £10+ in postage fees!”

“Products were excellent. Communication Would of got a five if it wasn't for the delivery which was poor. Promised delivery slots given only not to turn up and when they did deliver threw item on floor infront of daughter.”

“Expensive returns policy. I returned uncomfortable runners €36 the tongue was badly fitter. Noted the issue on returns cost €18 to post. Total cost €54. Refund €28 told it was a change of mind my complaint not acknowledged out of pocket by €26. No free returns with Sportsdirect. Very disappointing”

“overall experience good but had to return item as sizing not great but return process was easy ,however as fault was with the product I feel customer paying full postage unfair most places do free returns”
