“I'm not quite sure what to write really....because I'm still waiting for the item I ordered to get delivered at the correct address. The courier company claimed to have delivered the Item to my address, but I've still not recieved it. So it's a one star from me today pending when I recieve the item. Poor delivery system.”

“I have been charged 2 separate amounts for 1 order, i have tried emailing and calling to get refunded asap with no avail. It would be helpful if you would reply to customers instead of looking a good review. Very dissatisfied customer .”

“The only negative was that it stated on the website that Adidas products would be subject to free returns. However when I went to send my Adidas trainers back, because they were too small, I discovered that there was no free returns label. I contacted Sports Direct and was told that free returns were only valid if the product came directly from Adidas and not Sports Direct. If I had known this I would not have ordered.”

“Ordered two pairs of trainers for my husband and myself. Both were the wrong fit so had to be returned. Very disappointed to realise that I had to pay postage for the returns. Cost over £10. Will not order from sports direct again.”

“I have done a lot of online shopping but I can more than 100% say this is by far the worst. I payed for a next day delivery then I get told that the main item I wanted is now no longer available after making the payment and the surplus item was delivered four days after. So why was I charged for next day delivery. You are the worst”

“Easy to use website, found what I was looking for in sizes that I wanted. Products delivered quickly and well packaged... only reason they didn't get five stars is because the amount of advertising emails I have received from sports direct has been excessive in my opinion.”

“I have ordered twice now over the lock down process and it has been terrible. 1st order took almost 6weeks to come which was lost in the process. And my second order just over 2 weeks ago. Has still not been collected by carrier to which I have contacted sport direct and no reply on the second order”
