Hello, I need to inform you that I received a different product than the one I bought on the website (the product box also arrived all torn, the product looks like it has already been used, really disappointed). Do I have to pay to return this product? This was your mistake and not mine, I shouldn't have to pay for it because I already paid for the delivery freight. Can I at least deliver it to the store so as not to pay for the return ?? I hope you can help me because I waited a long time to buy these shoes and now I am very upset. Thanks.

Poor website experience (purchasing workflow, filters not working properly). Impossible to return goods from an E-shop in the physical shop. The purchased item does not meet expectations.

Shipping Company you use is substandard at best the site will not accept my email address so I can pay the customs and brokerage fees which by the way are highway robbery

OK, so the website is easy to use, and everything was easy to order. My order was dues to arrive on the Thursday. Only one part did. I contacted customer support who kind of helped, they didn't seem bothered by the fact that my order was late arriving. I was told it would arrive withing 48 hours. Obviously someone can't do maths as the order took another 4 days to arrive. The order tracking is useless and not kept up to date either.

I ordered some Sketchers, which were in stock. The transaction was easy, and they arrived quickly. So, all good.

One of the pairs of trainers I’d ordered had the Nike symbol drawn over in biro - luckily was able to get out with stain remover; didn’t want to send back and incur more postage costs than I had already. Disappointed there wasn’t an option for free delivery over a certain amount and free returns.

Poor. Wrong size of shoe sent by sportsdirect but no way to exakn this . Then I had to pay postage back and also lost the postage in refund so out of pocket by £8. Won't order from sports direct again

Rubbish.ordered 2 pairs of size 5 trainers recieved size 4 and a size 6.had 2 send them back at my expense then 1 pair was out of stock although 5 was still showing on line.will never use again.

I ordered a product and it was never shipped. After four weeks of no updates I emailed and asked for an update. They said it was a stock issue, then a warehouse issue, then an IT issue and eventually just stopped replying and marked the email thread as 'resolved' petulantly. I eventually cancelled the order, they will not put you in contact with any supervisors when asked directly or any managers either and are incredibly unhelpful. I would advise paying slightly more for a product from legitimate businesses, you know what you're getting, please please avoid if you can. Disgraceful and frustrating in equal measure.

I received an email from Hermes on 1st of June informing me my parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm on 1st of June 2021. I finished work just before 5pm, rushed home and waited until late evening to no avail. I checked my email in order to see when my package will be delivered and to my surprise the package was already delivered at 15:10. The package was left in front of the communal door (on the outside) and Hermes emailed me a picture of the package. I live in a secure building, It is a block of flats and the only way to gain entry is to ring the intercom and ask the residents to let you in. Unfortunately the courier did not do that, he left my package in an unsafe place, outside my building, I did not request the package to be left there or anywhere else. I went over to my neighbours and asked if they have seen my package (took it in). Those who were at home told me they have not seen it, I went over this morning to the rest of my neighbours whom I did not manage to get hold of last night. Sadly no one has seen my package. I am disappointed at how my package was dumped outside my building without any due care. I am still awaiting a response from your complaint department as to what the next steps are in resolving this unpleasant situation.
