“Bought as a present for my daughter, arrived very quickly. Pretty pale pink Sketchers. Just wonder why having the parcel delivered to store is the same price as having delivered to your home as for the majority of companies it’s free.”

“Quick delivery however a bit disappointed at having to pay £4.99 postage and to then not have a free return label so had to pay another £3.50 to return one pair of shoes I didn’t want to keep !”

“Poor- paid £7.99 for next day delivery and it was late. Order was placed in time yet did not arrive at the courier to be dispatched. Needed the equipment and ordered it from this company to get it at the right time, failed to meet expectations. I'm sure sports direct will blame Hermes of course.”

“Hermes let you down. I paid for next day delivery but the courier did not deliver for 4 days. They kept on saying that they could not access the house, which is rubbish as Amazon managed to access it twice during the 4 days! And the customer service of Hermes is just a computer bot which provides no help.”
