“I have only received half of my order with no communication whatsoever..wish I hadn't bothered”

“Bought a new British Lions infant kit for my nephews birthday. Opened it on his birthday to find British Lion badge printed on upside down. How does this pass quality checks by Canterbury and then by Sports Direct? Answer is clearly it wasn't checked as so blatantly obvious. Disgusting, one very unhappy, disappointed little boy. I had no other gift. Returned to store who then refused to give me a refund, offering only a credit note. I informed them that this was not true, I am entitled to a full refund if the items are damaged or faulty. Staff informed me that the Llanelli Manager would not offer anything other than a credit note. Is the Manager that ignorant of consumer protection laws in this country? Or do I say, worse, he/she deliberately refused my right to a refund? I had to accept a credit note. I do not have the time to take this further or contact trading standards. Awful company, will never purchase again, be warned! Will Sports Direct read this, will they care? Will anyone contact me. I think I know the answer. I clicked 'very hard' to get refund but let me make it clear, it was 'very hard' as I was refused a refund.”

“I ordered 8 T-shirts so they were all supposed to be the same size. 2 completely the wrong size compared to all the others. I bought the same t-shirts a year ago go they have changed the material the sizes and not the same and the quality of the new materials poor compared to the previous year. so I was very disappointed. On top of that I had to pay the price of £3.20 to send them back. On top of the previous delivery charge so all in all I could have bought a t-shirt with all the chargers there and back because the order was wrong.”

“The goods are great the price is great, I just find it very annoying that you have to pay for delivery and pay for returns and no refunds are offered just credit notes. In todays climate I find that very frustrating. I wanted an exchange for a larger size and still had to pay for the return!! It really does put me off ordering again from Sports Direct”

“Paid for fast delivery but Received late they then accused me of not being home for delivery after sending the proof of “attempted delivery” which was a picture of a light they offered me a £3 refund....should of gone to JD sports!”
