“Not sure if this was sports driects fault or the delivery service but i did not recieve all my items. Also one of the items i recieved was damaged, a pair of joggers split in the middle, wasnt happy!!”

“The shoes they had on sale were very well priced, and arrived very quickly. They also had it in 9.5 which is a size I've not seen very often these days on line, so was quite happy to try that instead of my usual 10. Much snugger fit, very useful.”

“I changed the delivery address for my delivery, but unfortunately not the postcode-my error. I immediately tried to contact yourselves and Hermes-impossible. None ofthe pre-fabricated questions covered my problem. 1 week later apparently my parcel is still in the Hermes warehouse and your company is telling me the issue has been resolved. Pants”

“I didn’t receive my package. I have all information in my Pay Pal history, i have confirmation from you about sent item on email. But now on my account in my history i don’t see any purchases. Hermes don’t have anything for me as well”

“Good products on display on the website with reasonable prices. I had another state selected in my delivery address, I selected Lagos State but somehow your system selected Port Harcourt but thankfully I was able to contact DHL Nigeria to ensure the items get to the correct address. I will be shopping more from Sports Direct going forward. Kind regards”
