“I paid for next day delivery for my wife's birthday and didn't get it on time but 3days late, I complained and have been refunded the extra I paid for the next day delivery but with a message saying you accept no liability for the late delivery which is something I really don't understand when you advertise the service”

“I made an order, then got a notice from Hermes to say they are not able to deliver my order and to contact sports direct, trying to get hold of you is near impossible.. web chat waste of time and no one answers the phone”

“Customer service is atrocious. Do not shop here. Returned faulty sketchers and was refused refund of postage as saying I just “changed my mind” although I ticked faulty on return form and stated strap wasn’t long enough on right shoe to fasten over to Velcro”

“The products were great but I paid for next day delivery and items arrived late. I was offered a voucher for another next day delivery following a complaint but it still wouldn’t guarantee a next day delivery anyway. I’d have rather had my money back.”
