“On the whole good. However would like to see free returns and to be able to speak to someone on the phone. Also the Puma joggers I bought were a different colour than the website and had a different colour logo.”

“I paid for next day delivery for my wife's birthday and didn't get it on time but 3days late, I complained and have been refunded the extra I paid for the next day delivery but with a message saying you accept no liability for the late delivery which is something I really don't understand when you advertise the service”
