“Other clothing brands offer free delivery over a certain amount and free returns. I found it very frustrating that you do not offer that. Just for this I will not buy online again.”

“Paid for next day delivery, wasn't delivered until nearly a week later even though I was in every single time they supposedly attempted delivery. Actual products were fine, though the shoes had obviously been returned by someone else and shipped out as they were missing tags and the packaging and box was damaged.”
