“Really angry. Ordered a pair of trainers and some socks. Order went through until I received an email to say my trainers weren’t in stock. Do not want to pay £5 delivery for some socks so want to cancel my delivery but I am unable to. It should have stated at the time the trainers weren’t in stock and I would have picked another pair but this is all down to being greedy for that £5. I will therefore never use Sports Direct again.”

“Item delivered and returned at my expense as it was incorrect size. Item was then EVENTUALLY refunded as it apparently wasn't in stock. I was then able to order the size I had requested on the return online and then had to pay delivery again! Poor customer services aswell, no help at all”
