“Not allowing a long return period and return to store in these current times is bad customer service and really unfair. Just wasted £12 with delivery fee and paying to return my item. Poor show Sports Direct.”

“DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. IT DOESN'T WORK. EITHER IT TAKES MORE THAN 5 DAYS TO GET IT OR YOU DON'T RECEIVE IT AT ALL!! I AM STILL WAITING AFTER PAYING FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I WISHED I READ THE REVIEW BEFORE CHOOSING DELIVERY. After several email sent to them all I get back is the order has been dispatched. Worst customer services ever.”

“I tried ordering trainers for my son on three occasions, and every time the product said it was in stock, only to get an email later saying they were out of stock, and after the money had left my account. The money then takes a week or more to be refunded. Why not update the website quicker to stop this inconvenience? I managed to order a pair of trainers for my daughter, but they came in a box so battered and ripped and covered in sales stickers that there was no way i could give them as a gift in that state. Terrible service, it feels like the customers are treated like gullible fools. I will always shop elsewhere from now on.”

“Very easy to place my order online, I thought that a late notice school uniform change would mean my son would have no trainers for PE. Placed my order and received within 2 days (on standard delivery) Great service and delivery updates - thank you.”

“The trainers were as described and arrived in good condition. Bought them at a reduced price, which i felt was a good deal for mostly home exercising. Haven't used them for street running but i feel they would be good for that too.”

“Selected next day delivery to be informed that my parcel won't arrive as intended, had to wait two days to receive the goods, and another 2 days to receive the second item to my order; when the package arrived the item inside wasn't even what I ordered. I would never order again from Sports Direct; the arrange they have with myhermes needs reviewing, because as like other competitors if you order next day delivery there is an expectation that your items will arrive and not on separate days!”

“Not really happy with your responding emails. I'm waiting on a reply back from sports direct as I've sent an email regarding some trainers I ordered online when they arrived they were a size 7 and not sure who's fault it was whether I put a size 7 but I wanted size 5 so in my email I was wanting to know how I go about sending the trainers back as I've since received an order for a size 5. Could I return the size 7 trainers to one of your shops (which shops are open)”

“My order number: is SD40000077527299 I purchased online 4 items and two of them you've cancelled instantly. However, I checked on your website where from I've purchased my 4 items on first place, they still have availability in sizes 13L and there no where you said, that stock is limited. It's showing that stock has enough availability of items in grey and black colour of size 13L. Is this a scam? They no reason why my items should be cancelled right after I placed an order. Besides, in your description you don't give explanation why you cancelled already purchased items. I included for you an attachment to see it for yourself. However, if you're cancelled my items, why they are still available for sale?? Please refer to my screenshots I took at this moment when I am writing you this email. Also, I would like to know when you will refund me my money back, it's nothing says about the refund? I purchased my order with the PayPal and would like to refund it as soon as possible.
