“I was sent the wrong hoodie, and when I attempted to re-order I was again sent the wrong item! Have emailed to complain and was asked to provide photos of the items and relevant paperwork. I did so 3 days ago and no reply yet! Clearly the items and codes are wrong on your system! Gives me little confidence this will not happen again”

“Ordered trainers for my child, paying extra for next day delivery. They never arrived. Customer Services didn't bother replying to three of my emails and in the end I raised a case with PayPal. Refund was issued as a result. Poor experience, cannot recommend and won't bother using Sports Direct again.”

“Great service. Item arrived within 3 days, (ordered on weekend), and was in perfect condition when it arrived. Was notified by email of its receipt by courier, and which day they would deliver, and then notified by text of an hourly time slot for delivery. Very convenient, reliable, and extremely competitively priced. Will use again.”
