“I placed my order and the address was wrong dont know why as i put my address in tried to change it was told to late changed it with delivery and order was still delivered to the wrong address luckily the person there was honest and i was able to retrive my parcel”

“I placed my order on 4th March and paid for next day delivery. Was told Hermes was the courier and was given a tracking number. Tracked my order on Friday 5th March to be told that unfortunately my delivery would be another 24 hours. Did not receive my order until Sunday 7th March very disappointed as needed my order for 5th March 2021.”
