“We usually rate Sports Direct higher, but unfortunately the delivery of our trainers from online ordering, although very quick, was received with substantial damage to the packaging. Thankfully it seems that the trainers are ok,but the box was ripped and squashed - not how you'd expect at all,and disappointing to say the least.”

“I will Never order again from sport direct , it’s a untrustworthy shop , I’m very, very disappointed, I was waiting for my order 5 pays and I pay next day delivery, absolutely for nothing, anyway I will not stop here , I’m speaking with my Bank and I will continue with my complaint! It’s unacceptable to pay next day delivery and receive the delivery after 5 days !”

“Extremely disappointed with the service, I ordered a coat and a pack of socks and opted for next day delivery. I was then notified after ordering the jacket was out of stock. I tried to cancel the order, I wasn't able to. I wasn't impressed paying £7.99 delivery for a pack of socks that where less than £4!!😢😢”
