“Ordered a table tennis table top, due for delivery on 28th May, on 28th it was at the delivery depot ready for despatch that day, on 31st it was damaged advised by XDP courier’s app. I emailed sports direct on 31st may and still no reply as to if I will receive another table tennis top or a refund! No contact from sports direct what do ever until I completed my review on trust pilot to which there was an instant response to say a an experienced customer service agent is already looking in to this, to which I still haven’t been contacted by sports direct, hense the reason to post another disappointed review here in the hope someone may email or call me! Very disappointed as this is a present for my Sons Birthday and I don’t know if and even when my Donnay table tennis top will arrive!”

“Was very unhappy with the delivery.. The parcel was delivered in two packages. Both times it was left outside of the wrong house number. It was unnecessary stress to trace the parcels. I did complain, up to now no one has responded. Poor customer service”

“Hermes were unable to. deliver my parcel for some reason and I am waiting to see what has gone wrong. I emailed your team on Wednesday and am still waiting for an update. I paid £4.95 postage so not very impressed.”

“Not impressed, ordered 2 pairs of walking shoes then received a mail hidden in plain sight among the usual sales fluff that said my order was being cancelled ! Apparently they are temporarily out of stock ? How does that work when your electronic stock control should show how many you have and they were showing as available when I purchased them on the website? Not only that, no mention was made of a refund !”

“I have had to buy online as when I have been in store, there have been hardly any trainers to try on that I liked in my size (size 2) I therefore bought 3 pairs online and only one pair is suitable. The other 2 pairs didn't look good on me and I will be returning them. It will be expensive to send them back so I'll have to return them for a refund in store. I hope the store will accept that.”

“Hello, my name is Igor, I'm from Russia. I want to share with you my opinion about your store. Your store is excellent, with high-quality products at pleasant prices. But unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the work of your site. The same error always occurs when placing an order. For example, if you select six products, you can place an order and deliver to Russia, but if you add a seventh product, the message "no delivery to your country" appears. Why there is such an error, I do not understand, it is not related to the price or product, just apparently there is some restriction that I do not know about or could not find information on your site. I can attach screenshots as an example. Please help me to understand what is the cause of this problem. Sincerely, Igor.”
