“Was Sent faulty item. Cant speak to anybody. Customer ticket was technical. sent pics and asked for replacement. Had to go to collect point instead of being collect being faulty . Then was refunded instead of replacement. There were plenty in stock on line to buy another. To buy again have to pay postage again!”

“Hello, I need to inform you that I received a different product than the one I bought on the website (the product box also arrived all torn, the product looks like it has already been used, really disappointed). Do I have to pay to return this product? This was your mistake and not mine, I shouldn't have to pay for it because I already paid for the delivery freight. Can I at least deliver it to the store so as not to pay for the return ?? I hope you can help me because I waited a long time to buy these shoes and now I am very upset. Thanks.”

“OK, so the website is easy to use, and everything was easy to order. My order was dues to arrive on the Thursday. Only one part did. I contacted customer support who kind of helped, they didn't seem bothered by the fact that my order was late arriving. I was told it would arrive withing 48 hours. Obviously someone can't do maths as the order took another 4 days to arrive. The order tracking is useless and not kept up to date either.”
