“The customer service I have had from various staff via the web chat have all been helpful. However they have been let down by the incompetence of the delivery service Hermes. I ordered a pair of trainers 3 weeks ago, two parcels have been lost and I am yet to receive either my trainers of a refund. Unfortunately this will be the stand out memories of me dealing with Sports Direct.”

“The product received was good quality - karrmor running shoes. However, I believe that I should not be paying the post if ordering shoes to collect in the shop. That is ridiculous. Besides, Sports Direct staff not very attentive nor it is very polite or seem to be care of what they do. It is service rating rather than a product rating this time.”

“Ordered my trainers over a week ago for next day delivery and they still havnt turned up. Impossible to get an answer out of sports direct. Web chat is useless. Just keep telling me that you are aware of the problem. Just want my trainers. Not good at all. Won’t use you again.”
