“Delivery was in the time stated . One box was broken out of the three items I ordered . I was not happy about this but as they were needed I had to taken item out of the box and wrap up separately”

“Ordered a pair of asics GT2000 received a cheaper pair of GT1000 wrong colour wrong size wrong trainer. Contacted customer support vi's chat and was cut off twice. Emailed still waiting for response 5 days later. Shocking servuce”

“The delivery service is good, however very disappointed with the sports direct returns policy. It mentions you can return items with ease to your local store. I was advised at my 'local' store I could only claim a voucher or exchange and not my full refund. Had this policy been clearer I would not have wasted petrol, time and parking fees. I would have posted the items back in the first instance as apparently this is the only way to claim a full refund (and I had to pay the return postage too). This policy needs to be made clearer.”

“Appalling service. I went in store but they didnt have any stock of the shoes i liked in size 10. So I ordered them online. However when i tried to return them in store i was advised that i would only get a credit note - not a refund! I have to return them via post and pay the postage myself. This wasn't advised when placing the order online. I would not recommend Sports Direct to anyone!! Appalling service in store and online.”

“Nike joggers were delivered damaged so had to pay another £5 to return them, close to £10 for delivery and return. Won't be shopping at sports direct agin”
