“This company needs to work on its customer service and not as is so blatantly obvious,to extricate more money out of the customer and into the till. I personally believe that the company's current ethos will be their demise,they do not deserve a place in retail with their glaringly obvious failings.”

“Not impressed with the service. Can't try on any shoes in store so we are forced to buy loads and take home to try, for then to drive back with the ones that don't fit, waiting for a refund on our credit card the next month. OR we order online, pay a huge delivery fee and then PAY even more to send them back. I can who is making money here!”

“Didn't get the order right & when i tried to contact them they never got back to me NEVER AGAIN they are happy to take your money but if u complain they don't want 2 know well I'm sorry it doesn't work like that!!!!”

“I tried on the trainers in the shop to check size. When I went back they weren’t in stock so ordered online. Good service, but I paid the £5 postage to deliver to store. which I didn’t think was necessary as most companies don’t charge to send product to their store. But they were cheap enough so can’t complain.”

“A top I ordered was too small so I returned it for a larger size to then be informed they didn’t have it and with no offer of an alternative. So on top of paying for delivery and the added cost of returning the item, I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I am disappointed with the service and will not be shopping with sports direct again.”

“I ordered 4 polo shirts on line with delivery size xl. What I actually received was 2 correct size (xl) and one xxxl and one medium therefore x2 totally useless polo shirts at my expense. Shop elsewhere is my advice!”
