“I asked for an item to be replaced (with one of equal value) instead of being refunded and they said no even though it still had to be dispatched. Shoes were too big, sent them back for correct size and were out of stock”

“I was quite shocked to find that it would cost £4.99 to have my parcel delivered to the local shop for me to collect it, the same price as home delivery. However my daughter urgently needed a new pair of trainers for school, so I paid the amount. On opening the parcel we found that the navy and pink trainers I had ordered were a different style and colour to what had been ordered!”
