“Annoying that you choose your items and pay for them only to get emails later on with items out of stock, why were they sold in the first place then if they had no stock ? Delivery is to expensive, all options there of”

“The description of good is not clear. I thought the dumbbell was coming as a pair but it arrived as one. Similar to the knee protection. The return is really bad cause I spent extra ￡15 to return the goods which are not suitable for me. Will never buy online on sports direct again.”

“In the website, you had mentioned one of the men's track suit available, I ordered that and paid money, later on got email from you that it is currently out of stock. If it was, it should be not shown in website that it is available. I don't know, that have you refund my money back for that or not yet”

“I ordered a pair of steel toe cap boots, order processed, order dispatched, out for delivery and then refunded with no attempt to deliver. Not sure whether to try re-ordering or shopping elsewhere!”

“Very pleased with the quality of the items bought unfortunately they were too big so we have returned them and are waiting for the next size to be sent. Bit disappointed we had to pay to return our items and because of that it would put us off buying from Sports Direct again”
