“The orders are accurate, no issues there. But you’re the only company out of all companies i order from that charges for delivery no matter the value of the order, and then you don’t offer a prepaid label for returns like others do.”

“Shocking experience. Ordered some Undwr Armour trainers. Incorrect size sent. Had to pay to send them back due to waiting on response from customer service. Then I requested the correct size was sent out. Customer service responded on Facebook and was more helpful than anyone else contacted. I then didn't receive my trainers just an email stating refund. Not happy”

“Shoes I ordered are perfect, however the £4.99 delivery charge is very high for an item that took 7 days to get here from England to the North of Ireland. Delivery should be free or at least next day for that price.”

“All went well including delivery which wasn't easy for the poor delivery guys who handled 60kg+. Upon assembly of the table tennis table (allow an afternoon for that!), it was found to be faulty/poorly constructed/damaged on the corners, leaving v sharp edges exposed. I am now waiting for Sports Direct to get back to me to resolve things. Slow to respond so far. Ordered 16th. Delivered 22nd.”
