“I returned my order for an exchange to be told its out of stock. Then I was told its been exchanged for the same item I returned. I'm very confused. Id like my item exchanged or a full refund please.”

“When I placed my order the delivery was very fast but when I opened the box to look at the boots I bought for my husband birthday gift they had left the security tag on them I was very disappointed and had to try and remove the tag myself as I am shielding !!!”

“My order was placed and acknowledged by Sports Direct on 18th March, and despite payment being taken from my account, I have still not received the items. Customer services have advised that they need to make enquiries of the couriers, Hermes, and cannot resolve until they receive a response. Given that I have emailed the couriers myself without response I am not optimistic of a successful outcome. The items are still showing that it is somewhere in Hermes system, but as there has been no update for several days, it is presumed lost. Very frustrating for me as a customer, because I ordered and paid in good faith, and the goods were required as gifts - whereby the date required has now surpassed....very frustrating!”
