“Still waiting after yesterday's review. Still no response from SportsDirect and my order has still to leave the warehouse according to Hermes tracking after nearly nearly 3 weeks!!!!!. Word of advice, don't buy anything from SportDirect, now looking to get my money back. What chance that!! Order No SD40000077657256”

“SHOCKING! I purchased 5 T-Shirts and had to return 4 of them because they were not as described on the website. I then had to pay for the return costing me £4.20 so I am out of pocket. I will not be making any further purchases online from Sports Direct!”

“I ordered my trainers 10.30am Sunday morning, and the next day at 10.30am went out wearing them! The trainers are just right and a good fit. The delivery was fantastic, didn't expect to receive it so quickly. Thanks very much, great service.”

“I was happy with the delivery service, apart from no free returns like most retailers offer, I had to exchange a pair of trainers what cost about 4 pound to return, and then my second lot of my delivery arrived and it was wrong so I had to pay another 4 pound to return something that wasn't my fault”

“Ordered trainers for next day delivery as needed the item for work for it to turn up 2 days late and the wrong size meaning I lost 2 days work as I couldn't work without suitable footwear.absolute joke when your customers pay extra for next day delivery then have to pay even more to return goods sent wrong.wont be ordering again online”
