“Ordered a coat/jacket, received email next day saying out of stock ,but still you can buy it ..wanted to cancel whole order, but they declined it.Charged money anyway after sending rest of the order.”

“I made my order then recieved an email to say what I ordered was out of stock. I still then had to pay for the delivery of the other item which worked out that I paid over the odds for my order. If the item was out of stock this should of been made clear before I made my purchase. If this was the case, I wouldn't have gone ahead with my order.”

“A product was too small of a size for me. I tried exchanging it for a bigger size but recieved back the item in an even smaller size with a double label on the package, one with the size i needed and a higher price and one with the real size (even smaller size).”
