“I spent over 250pounds and wasn't offered free delivery, future more 1 off the items don't fit and with it being lockdown I've now to pay postage again in order to get the jumper returned for a refund as I'm still restricted to the 28day. Not happy with this service at all no free click and collect points like most other stores”

“awful . placed and paid an order and delivery for items to be cancelled for not being stock . so i placed another order and to make delivery charges viable added extras items,for items in this delivery also be cancelled. spoke to customers service twice asked for a refund of one f the delivery charges due their system taking payments then cancelling them for not being in stock, they were not interested and since have not answered my emails. shocking customer service!”

“Absolute discusting service paid £7.99 for next day delivery for a present didnt arrive until 3 days later, tried to call customer service but no answer and for some reason it wouldn't let me send an email. Shouldn't be charging next day delivery prices if they can't fulfil it. Will not be ordering again. Would be nice if customer services got back to me.”
