“I will never order anything from them again ....my experience with them was a nightmare !!!! They also have a lot of sassy mouth minorities with a chip on their shoulder at customer service ( if you can ever get through .....).... Everyone is turning against them .....I hope they eventually go out of buss....stay away from them !”

“Sportsman Guide sold me an item which did its job, but was way overpriced. I left feed back explaining the good and not so good. This company would NOT post my review, they only post what they want. This happened 12 years ago. I will never buy from them again! BEWARE they are shady!”

“My order was lost in delivery. I understand that that these things happen however it took more than 10 emails and phone calls over a 3 month period to get a full refund. Will never buy from this company again”

“I made a order back on 6-14-2020 They canceled it as prices was going up, they wasn’t about to keep there deal with me. When they could quadruple the price.”

“I purchased a gun from Sportsmans Guide and I was told that I wouldn't get the tracking number for my purchase after spending over $550 on a gun. I asked them, "How am I supposed to know that you even shipped it, where it went, when it will arrive or if I will find it? They said it'll be sent 2day air via Fed Ex. Well Fed Ex has Tracking numbers, they said that they didn't give out that information to the buyer only the FFL. I won't buy from this company again that doesn't give me the tracking number whether it goes to the FFL or not.”

“This company is trash. They bait you into a membership with cheap sticker prices and then don't fulfill orders. The customer service reps want to defend their company opposed to work with the customer to find a solution. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Just look at the star and a half rating. It would be lower if 0 stars could be given.”

“***********FALSE ADVERTISING!!!********* I ordered a 1000 rounds back in August 2020. The website said it was in stock and will be shipped. However, they only sent me 500 rounds and I received an email saying it will be mid October before I will received the other 500 rounds. Begging of October I get an email saying it will be mid January before I will receive the rest of my order. Begging of January I get another email saying it won't shipped until mid April. Today 3/24/21 I went to Sportsman Guide website to look up my order. It said on their website that my order will not be shipped until mid July!!! What poor customer service when you order something that say's it was in sstock and almost a year latter I still have not received my order. Very poor customer service and the help I got when I called was less than professional. I will never order anything from this company again. ******FALSE ADVERTISING!!!*********”

“I purchased ammo from Sportsman's Guide and they sent completely different ammo and after I sent photos to them, they stopped communicating with me, no resolution, terrible customer service, do not shop here.”

“In July of 2020 I backordered 1000 rounds of .223 at 36 cents a round. They have continuously canceled my order multiple times on me and continue to push it back. Originally it was supposed to come in October, then December, then January and now April. They have the rounds listed on their website for 70 cents now. They have lied and continue to push my order back so they can take money from other people and not fulfill my order”

“WHY CAN I NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! This company is the absolute WORST. They saved my credit card from a previous order and billed me for something I never ordered or received months later! Cannot be trusted at all!!!”

“DID NOT FILL AMMO ORDER AND CANCELLED WITH NO NOTICE. Ordered July 2020 cancelled Feb 2021 I bought ammo o July of 2020 and had the typical issues of backorder notices that covered all the way to March 2021. I recently logged in and saw the order was cancelled... I called and ask why and got some bogus answer that "we sent you and FTC backorder notice and whether you wanted to continue with the order". When ask what date, they could not give. I pulled all emails and there is none on that subject. I also informed them I called in Jan to check on the order and ask questions - they had no answer. They said "vendors" could not get the ammo to them... When ask when they would have ammo in, they did not know, but backorders would be filled first and then others could buy what's left. However, mine would not be a back order anymore. They would not reopen the order either. Here's the reason why---- I bought 5.56 ammo in July 2,000 rounds for 759.00. Need I say more????? DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY THE MEMBERSHIP - THERE'S REALLY NO VALUE TO IT. Go to Amazon or use a coupon at a local store and get just as good of deal. This was a total waste of time and may be for you too....”

“Mixed results with SG. Member prices are comparable to retail non member prices tend to be high. My concern is they sell product claiming it is in Stock but later either cancel the order or push off delivery weeks or months. I am still waiting on orders placed 6 months ago. While I understand there is high demand for certain items but do not sell what you don’t have and don’t lie about product being in stock!”

“Wish I would have checked this company out before placing an order with them. Ordered ammo in early July of 2020. SG has never delivered the ammo and just keeps pushing out the delivery date. They have pushed it out four times now. What a terrible way to do business.”

“Do not order from sportsmans guide. I ordered ammo on backorder, patiently waiting months for it. I decided to check status one day only to find they cancelled my order because I didn't notice an email amongst the many spam emails they send. Meanwhile they still have the membership $ they charged me. Scam company-don't fall for it.”

“I’ve used this company before and never will again. I had ordered some ammo and have what over 6months and was supposed to get it 1/27/2021 and I did not receive it. When I asked them about it they said they cancel my order because they didn’t hear from me when I talk to them and got that date from them. They told me I could re order now at 4x the price don’t wast your time or money on this company. I have since tried to contact them and they won’t get back with me at all.”

“I became a member before ordering ammo back in August 2020. I ordered 1000 rounds of .223 Winchester for $389 and 260 rounds of .223 brown bear for $66. Fast forward to October and my shipment date was placed for December 23. Fast forward to January and my 1000 rounds of .223 Winchester was canceled and my brown bear .223 expected ship date was pushed to March. I know they are just hoping I’ll cancel the brown bear order because now it is going for $180. They want to sell if for that price since demand is higher now. But that’s not my problem and sounds illegal. I want to sue them.”

“Placed several orders which at the time were IN STOCK! None of them have arrived more than a year later! I paid an average of 35 cents per round at the time and now prices have gone up. These scamming thieves are prioritizing the current highest bidders instead of honoring their current orders which would be fine if there was NO promise of service and goods in exchange for a membership fee! Im canceling my fee and seeking a refund! Will never buy from sportsmanguide again”
