“I’ve used this company before and never will again. I had ordered some ammo and have what over 6months and was supposed to get it 1/27/2021 and I did not receive it. When I asked them about it they said they cancel my order because they didn’t hear from me when I talk to them and got that date from them. They told me I could re order now at 4x the price don’t wast your time or money on this company. I have since tried to contact them and they won’t get back with me at all.”

“I became a member before ordering ammo back in August 2020. I ordered 1000 rounds of .223 Winchester for $389 and 260 rounds of .223 brown bear for $66. Fast forward to October and my shipment date was placed for December 23. Fast forward to January and my 1000 rounds of .223 Winchester was canceled and my brown bear .223 expected ship date was pushed to March. I know they are just hoping I’ll cancel the brown bear order because now it is going for $180. They want to sell if for that price since demand is higher now. But that’s not my problem and sounds illegal. I want to sue them.”

“Placed order 11/20 pushed out to 4/21. 6 months to wait. I’ve ordered ammo from other companies & received it in 2-6 weeks during this high demand. S&G is a scam company”

“Placed several orders which at the time were IN STOCK! None of them have arrived more than a year later! I paid an average of 35 cents per round at the time and now prices have gone up. These scamming thieves are prioritizing the current highest bidders instead of honoring their current orders which would be fine if there was NO promise of service and goods in exchange for a membership fee! Im canceling my fee and seeking a refund! Will never buy from sportsmanguide again”

“Horrible company to buy from! Most importantly they let you order stuff online that is not in stock then send you a cancel order on your email.. if you see it good if not oh well your order is cancelled and your just there waiting for a package that will never show up. Do not order anything from this site seriously....”

“Ordered 5.56 mm ammo in Sept 2020. Was told it would be delivered in February. Now the update is it will be delivered in July2021! There’s is ammo available at about $1.10/round. I paid 67 cents/round. Clearly they are gouging the system and hope I will cancel my order. I will not! But after this is delivered I will never order a thing from them again.”

“This place is a scam. They list items in stock and lie about delivery dates. I cancelled my order (which was instock) afyer 2 months of waiting. They then told me I lost my 40$ coupon because I cancelled the order and they couldn’t issue me another 40$ coupon even though I warned that through points from spending money on their card. I don’t understand how their business practices are even legal. It also took me weeks of trying to call to finally speak to some one. Be prepared to wait on hold and after around 40 minutes it disconnects you. This has happened to me countless times”

“Ordered a box of rounds back in August 2019. Was backordered until Jan 2021. Come Jan 2021 received another message stating the 500 rounds are delayed until April 2021. This is gross negligence. Even our local dealer here receives thousands of rounds 2x per week. If your logistics setup can't field 500 rounds to one customer in nearly half a year it's broken or doesn't care. Do not trust any back orders through this website.”

“They just keep delaying orders..... then they delay them some more, and then they delay after that.... looking at 9-12 months at least, in fulfilling an order. Why even offer product if the wait time is long.... Unacceptable and pathetic”

“I purchased two jackets from them the first one I received was a medium when I ordered an extra large upon going through their return process they're charging me more to return it than what I paid to purchase it I went through the same process on a second jacket and II jacket was in their proper size but was essentially the same size a medium as the first one and another shipping return fee I will be closing my account as soon as they process my refunds”

“this company should be fined for lying to it's customers. I ordered 1000 rds of 9mm 5 months ago and they just updated the delivery date to Jan 28. Here's the kicker they waited to ship my $20 glock mag until last week and charged my 20 dollars for shipping. Some of their reps will hang up on you after waiting for 30 min to answer though some are very helpful. I have unsubscribed from their barrage of emails and will never order again.”

“Good price on the item I sought, but terrible service. I paid extra for 3-day shipping, and it took 2 weeks. I paid extra for the membership to save some money - that was a waste also. Sorry that I didn't read these reviews first. Don't believe the promises that Sportsman's Guide makes to customers.”

“Scam company. And they are using different names on amazon to suck you in to scam you some more. 365 outdoors on amazon is SG. Same problems there as if you order from them directly. Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and blame you for their failure. Stay away from these frauds. Still waiting on my order. 10 days out.”

“I’ve ordered a tree stand and a scope for my rifle and this company has drug me out without any information about my order for five days, then lied and told me that they would have everything filled within 24 hours abs it still hasn’t happened. If you are ordering anything from this company you should look elsewhere because they will lie to you about your order till they order it and it comes in to their warehouses to mail to you I give a one star”

“I got the free trial membership for 30 days to purchase an item. I then removed my credit card so that they had no card on file. They went back to the original purchase information and used that card to charge me for a one year membership without notifying me first. Very sneaky. I have to have my card canceled now so they can never do that again. I'm done with them.”

“I've been a member of theirs for years and have ordered a ton of stuff. In April I ordered 1k rounds of 9mm. It was on backorder, no problem, I knew it was and I was willing to wait. Couple weeks later I get an email saying it is delayed some more and asks if I still want it. Yes. Ship date comes and goes, nothing. I check the order status and it says it's been I had canceled the order. First they tried to blame me for not responding to the backorder confirmation, which I did and I stated I had the emails to back my statement. Then they keep telling me to replace my order. Well that would be all fine and good except they have no ammo available and now with everything going on it would cost me 2.5 times more than when I ordered 6 months ago. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve. What a scam......”

I check the order status and it says it's been canceled because the manufacturer couldn't deliver by the promised date? I've emailed back and forth with them a dozen times and they are 0 help. First they tried to blame me for not responding to the backorder confirmation, which I did and they acknowledged. Then they keep telling me to replace my order and there is nothing else they can do. Well that would be all fine and good except they have no ammo available and now with everything going on it would cost me $900 more than when I ordered 6 months ago. I just want what I ordered. I'm sure they got the ammo in and just decided that they could make triple the profit on it so they screwed me over who's been waiting on it for half the year. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve.”

“I placed an order in August. At that time it showed as being In-Stock. Right after I placed the order I was told it was back ordered, but I would receive it in November. Now I am told the item is unavailable and I will not get it.”
