“Was going to leave acceptable but changed my mind...You need to communicate better on large orders. Send an email stating what is being shipped now and what is on its way, with a follow up stating it will be there in a couple days? I purchased a large order and you sent me part of it, now when I'm installing a large project and getting parts from different vendors, it made it quite confusing when "I thought I ordered it but did I"? So after going over all my parts and noticing I'm missing vital parts I have go to a vendor close by to get parts I need! Now I need to return parts and get penalized with a restocking fee, doesn't seem right. Hope this helps in the future. Thanks Al”

“Just received product so too soon to review. One positive point regarding company is the use of Paypal. That makes it much easier to place an order without all the computer / "account" BS that other sprinkler stores use.”

“The sprinkler check valve worked i purchase worked great. My only concern i had was your shipping policy. I know you don't ship to Hawaii. But, it was shipped flat rate shipping. Price doesn't change to Hawaii. It's ok it got my product and it works”
