“Just received product so too soon to review. One positive point regarding company is the use of Paypal. That makes it much easier to place an order without all the computer / "account" BS that other sprinkler stores use.”

“The sprinkler check valve worked i purchase worked great. My only concern i had was your shipping policy. I know you don't ship to Hawaii. But, it was shipped flat rate shipping. Price doesn't change to Hawaii. It's ok it got my product and it works”

“Product shipped in full and excellent condition. The only downside was the product wasn't available to ship as scheduled due to no inventory on hand. However, the Sprinkler Supply Store team reached out to notify me of the delay and confirm I still wanted the order. Thank you.”

“Valued supplier for hard to get parts, great web site shopping, Parts showed up just as shown and in nicely packed. However they need to be a quick ship supplier. My sprinkler was down while waiting in summer heat for parts.”

“Good amount of items at a reasonable price! Sometimes the detailed info. was a little hard to find (because I wasn't sure of what I needed) but they had it all. Much easier and better quality than big box stores.”

“You really need to be free shipping at a lower cost value to compete with the amazons and Walmart’s. Had coupon for first order but ordered second item elseware due to shipping cost thanks Scot”

“Having parcels shipped to a PO, I get billed by the package. When my order is shipped in two packages, it doesn't make it cost effective. I hope in the future, I can select to have my order shipped all together. Thanks -- otherwise -- good service.”

“Super easy website to use. Especially like the credit card processing section. It works great. The only hiccup was that I received three packages for one order, all shipped within a few days of each other. A waste of boxes and packaging. Would have preferred one shipment and one box.”

Thanks for your review! We get this one a lot...with so many parts available on our website, we have several warehouses that we ship orders from. We ship everything from the same location when possible, but shipping from multiple locations allows us to fulfill orders more quickly without having to backorder so many items or hold up shipment while we transfer items to one location. ~ Denny - Customer Service Manager.

“Got the product i needed at a reasonable price. However, adding the shipping cost more than negated the otherwise positive benefit. Probably wouldn't go this route again given the same set of circumstances.”
