“Good amount of items at a reasonable price! Sometimes the detailed info. was a little hard to find (because I wasn't sure of what I needed) but they had it all. Much easier and better quality than big box stores.”

“You really need to be free shipping at a lower cost value to compete with the amazons and Walmart’s. Had coupon for first order but ordered second item elseware due to shipping cost thanks Scot”

“Having parcels shipped to a PO, I get billed by the package. When my order is shipped in two packages, it doesn't make it cost effective. I hope in the future, I can select to have my order shipped all together. Thanks -- otherwise -- good service.”

“Super easy website to use. Especially like the credit card processing section. It works great. The only hiccup was that I received three packages for one order, all shipped within a few days of each other. A waste of boxes and packaging. Would have preferred one shipment and one box.”

Thanks for your review! We get this one a lot...with so many parts available on our website, we have several warehouses that we ship orders from. We ship everything from the same location when possible, but shipping from multiple locations allows us to fulfill orders more quickly without having to backorder so many items or hold up shipment while we transfer items to one location. ~ Denny - Customer Service Manager.

“Got the product i needed at a reasonable price. However, adding the shipping cost more than negated the otherwise positive benefit. Probably wouldn't go this route again given the same set of circumstances.”

“Great service. Shipping was a little slow and I wish there was an option to pay more to have it shipped faster. Otherwise, great shopping experience. With better shipping options I would give a 5 star.”

“Once order was complete shipping, it was shipped immediately, arrived as scheduled and all items ordered were shipped. Denny in Customer Service was very helpful, available when needed. Emails were answered promptly. Product prices were very competitive.”

“Online chat support was extremely responsive and helpful. Order shipped quickly and arrived in tact. Only complaint was there was no padding inside the box and the items all shipped loose, the sprinklers weren't damaged just a bit scuffed up. Also, there was no manual included but was easily found online. Overall I am satisfied and would buy from SSS again.”
