“Overall, i had a pleasant experience ordering from Sprinkler Supply Store. Even though my order was placed on back-order, they agreed to ship the available units they had. They were very responsive via email and kept in contact until my order was fully completed. I will be using them again for future sprinkler supply needs.”

“Product and price were good. Shipping was Horribly Slow. There was not a faster freight option upon checkout. "Ground" from the Midwest to the west coast might as well be by pony express!! Palmer”

Hi H, thanks for your review. We're shipping from our warehouses on the east coast, so shipping time to the opposite side of the country generally takes about 4-5 days. I can completely understand and sympathize with placing an online order and having to wait for the product to arrive. It can be aggravating. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“I wish your website would of been more specific and added that it was an indoor irrigation system. I needed the outdoor unit but due to living in AZ, I couldn't wait for another unit.”

“I have been ordered sprinkler heads and other sprinkler's accessories from the store, and I'm happy and satisfied on the prices. Only thing that I don't like is the shipping fee, but I understand that the company can't afford not charging the shipping fee.”

If you take a look at the product page for the part you're looking to order, you'll see either "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" under "Availability." "7 to 10 days" is a backordered item. “good prices, good shipping time. Parts arrived without any packing; no packing slip, no protection/ padding for parts, just loose in a box. Other than the packing things were just fine.”

“They have great products at good prices and ship promptly. However their website has a problem with passwords and will not let you process your order without an email address and the correct password even if they have changed it since your last visit”
