“Package arrived in a decent amount of time - Slow for UPS. I purchased 5 Hunter sprinkler rotors. I thought I would get at least one plastic adjustment tool with this order.”

“Product and price were good. Shipping was Horribly Slow. There was not a faster freight option upon checkout. "Ground" from the Midwest to the west coast might as well be by pony express!! Palmer”

Hi H, thanks for your review. We're shipping from our warehouses on the east coast, so shipping time to the opposite side of the country generally takes about 4-5 days. I can completely understand and sympathize with placing an online order and having to wait for the product to arrive. It can be aggravating. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“I have been ordered sprinkler heads and other sprinkler's accessories from the store, and I'm happy and satisfied on the prices. Only thing that I don't like is the shipping fee, but I understand that the company can't afford not charging the shipping fee.”
