“I have been ordered sprinkler heads and other sprinkler's accessories from the store, and I'm happy and satisfied on the prices. Only thing that I don't like is the shipping fee, but I understand that the company can't afford not charging the shipping fee.”

If you take a look at the product page for the part you're looking to order, you'll see either "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" under "Availability." "7 to 10 days" is a backordered item. “good prices, good shipping time. Parts arrived without any packing; no packing slip, no protection/ padding for parts, just loose in a box. Other than the packing things were just fine.”

“They have great products at good prices and ship promptly. However their website has a problem with passwords and will not let you process your order without an email address and the correct password even if they have changed it since your last visit”

“Ample selection of product. Quick order processing and shipping and fair prices. WEB ordering could be improved by adding more descriptive information about part dimensions and mating requirements. My experience was good and will use SSS in the future.”

“Customer service team is extremely responsive, people get back to you quickly and have the tools to resolve problems creatively. Kudos to the support team. Ordering web site is pretty slick, but the fulfillment and back-end integration is a little rough. Once you get past the order confirmation email things get a little sketchy .. like shipping notifications and reporting changes to the original order. Customer service picks up the slack here pretty well, but a bit more investment in the self-service order management part would make this a 5-star customer experience.”
