“I ordered 5 360 degree sprinklers, and got them quickly. I have always had good success with your products and service. I was a little surprised that the 5 sprinklers did not include the plastic multi sized caps to slide into them for whatever amount of water I needed to put on the lawn. “Sprinkler Supply Store is the most reasonable place to shop for sprinkler supplies. The only comment I have about the place is when you call them they sometimes don't answer the phone or it takes them a long time to get back with you. Overall I would give them a 4 out of 5. thanks KL”

“I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem was in the online communication. I tried to let the company know that my water pressure was between 80-90 psi. This information failed to reach the right people. I was never told before hand that the company had sprinkler bodies with built in pressure regulators. I still don't know what they cost, but I plan on returning the pro-400 bodies.”

“GREAT selection and service! Only thing preventing 5 star is the shipping charge. 4 oz. USPS First Class Package for the item is $2.67...before any discount available for purchasing/printing online mailing label. I know shipping supplies have to be paid for, and it's my choice whether to buy or not, but charging $7.99 is excessive. Looks to me like Sprinkler Supply has items shipped from other than their Traverse City, MI location.”

“I was very pleased with your selection, pricing and how quickly my order arrived. The only problem was that one item was missing from my order. It was not a big issue (a single less than $2 item out of a 21 item order) yet the only thing that kept me from giving a 'very good' rating.”

“We live in a remote area and do not have much for suppliers. Sprinkler Supply Store has been great for our business. Prices are competitive but the free freight plus the 10% discount coupons have been a huge boost to our bottom line. We even received a hand written note thanking us for our part in making their business successful. Much appreciated.”
