“The web page is fine but check out is a nightmare. Tried several times to buy something but had to give up. I do buy things all the time and check out was very difficult. If we could have gone to a store for the part we would have. Hope you can find a way to make checkout easier”

“Received a replacement panel for my Hunter PC-300 controller (circa 2001). After installation the new panel would not recognize stations on an expansion module. Called the Sprinkler Supply Store and was referred to a Hunter procedure to reset the gray expansion module. However, this procedure was not appropriate for my controller. So, I unplugged the controller, waited and then plugged it back in. The controller recognized the expansion module stations and I completed the installation & programming. Either the Supply Store should include appropriate instructions with the replacement panel to cover this situation or get Hunter to write appropriate instructions for this 526200 replacement panel.”

“The fella Denny, that helped me with the credit app did an excellent job. The only thing I would say is that before I started emailing to check on the credit app I had called 3 different times with no answer. I left a message and it was returned but I was out of the office. Someone to answer the phone would be a plus! Good overall Chris Holley”

“it would have been nice to actually know when my shipment will arrive. There is nothing on your website that tells me the estimated arrival. If indeed something right away. I would have gone elsewhere. Other than that it was it was a great experience.”

“Got exactly what I ordered and arrived a little sooner than I expected. Very pleased. Would have liked a description of the spray patterns of the sprinkler inserts I received with the rotor but since I was not expecting them am pleased to have them.”
