“I have done business with SSS many times in the past and quality and service were always my primary concern, and they delivered I gave them a lower rating this time around because it is the first time I have ever had to return an item to them, and I was told that I would have to pay a 20 % re stocking fee, I have no problem with the return shipping fee, since this is common among all distributors but in doing research I realized that there is a great disparity in restocking fees in the future I will seek out companies that do not charge restocking fees”

Hi Stephen - thanks for your review. We're more often than not willing to waive the restocking fee as long as items are returned in new condition, especially for longtime customers. I don't recall speaking to you on this and it would have been my call to make, but certainly reach out in the future if you need to return something and we'll waive the restocking fees for you. “Was looking for individual filters for sprinkler heads. Hard to find anyone who sells them separately. But landed on the Sprinkler Supply Store. Found what I was looking for -- and REASONABLY priced. Purchased a large quantity of what I needed. Easy to order through site and order shipped quickly. Arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with everything.”

Hi Stanley - thanks for the review. Looks like we went back and forth on emails at the end of last week regarding the shipping status of your backorder order and promptly canceled on the 11th per your request and an automated email went out to notify you of the cancelation. The refund generally takes about 24-48 hours to show up your payment method. Let us know if you need the confirmation number for the credit to follow up with your credit card company.

Hi Ronald - thanks for your review and our apologies for the delay. Your order was placed on the 3rd and shipped promptly on the 4th. From there it looks like it has been tossed around the USPS system for the past 8 days, but the tracking is showing it's out for delivery today. Reach back out if you don't receive it and we'll get a replacement order out for you ASAP.
