“Overall it's great! I can find the sprinkler supplies I need here, that can't be found anywhere else, for reasonable prices. My only complaint is the flat rate shipping fee I pay. I live within an hour of a distribution center and there isn't a local pickup option that I can tell, and I still pay a high shipping price tag.”

“I needed a few specialized parts that I needed for my sprinklers and ordered them from Sprinkler Supply Store because of the lowest cost. They shipped the parts next day and I received them a few days later. They are very focused on their business and want to keep their customers happy.”

“Ordered and delivered without any problems! The only thing is I ordered the same part two different times (I didn’t realize I needed two valves at first) and had to pay $10 shipping twice but that’s on me. Would order from Sprinkler Supply again for sure!”

“Very diappointing about this order. I received the wrong items on May 25 and I then quickly sent an email with picture asking for help on May 26. Despite of a long Memorial weekend to May 27, I understand it likely be a couple of days delay. However, I have not received anything or heard anything about shipping the correct items to me by June 2-- this is an entire week. I was desperate for the correct items, and conctacted the customer service again on May 30th. No response... never experience something like this at other place. After I wrote this review, I contacted customer service requesting refund. They refunded me immediately. And to my surprise, I received the correct items the next day! Collectively, I believe Sprinkler Supply Store is a really good and reliable supplier. However, the dealing with my situation could be better by more effective communication and updating.”
