“Excellent experience all round, web site, product assortment, pricing, order process, delivery and communication. Didn't know who this company was until I needed a special irrigation connector which they had in stock. Then looked at their story and will now direct all my irrigation needs their way as well as let friends, family and neighbors know. Great job Sprinkler Supply Store. Written by a real customer!”

“Was my first order from them, looked at the website and saw that they had west Coast warehouses. So I ordered, and get tracking and it shipped from the East Coast. I live in Washington and a Seattle warehouse was within 275 miles. I got them in about a week. I was not happy, they said that warehouse did not have stock on hand”

Hi Craig - thanks for the review. Not all of our warehouses carry all of the products we carry, and small Hunter repair parts like the ones you ordered tend to sell out about as quickly as we can get them this time of year. Our product pages do show which warehouses have the parts in stock for each part, and it's true that our New York warehouse was the nearest location at the time the parts were ordered.

“Great inventory and great service. As a homeowner with a drip irrigation system for the first time, I needed to make some adjustments and repairs (punctures made with a weeding fork). SSS had all the Netafim fittings and tubing at a great price.”
