“When a company sells small sprinkler items , they should consider that when it comes to shipping costs, I had to cut my order from 28 to 24 of something I needed because it wasn’t worth paying double in shipping costs for the 4 extra items. Very light items, would not change shipping rate at all”

“Ordered item. Found out three days later that it was back ordered. When it finally showed up, the part wasn’t in the envelope. the envelope wore open in transit and it fell out. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the weekends to get a new part ordered”

“I was unable to locate the sprinkler nozzles I needed for a reasonable price anywhere but Sprinkler Supply Store! Ordered them and they were shipped and arrived very quickly. The only thing that could have been better is if shipping was free but it wasn't very expensive.”
