“I received my backflow preventer valve in a timely. I opened the box and inspected the valve. All looked well. The packaging was good and there was no damage. I have not yet installed it. I am waiting for my plumber to become available. I wish I could comment on how well it works but at this time I cannot but based on the service and appearance of the valve I have confidence it will work well.”

“I have searched for over two years on the internet for replacement solenoids and they had them ! So nice finding parts for 20 year old Toro Flo Pro valves ! Saved me from a whole lot of work replacing valves ! Thank you for having what I needed !”

Hi Jon, apologies if we weren't able to get the product to you as quickly as you were hoping. The order referenced here was placed on May 17 and the remaining parts are scheduled to arrive you you today, which puts us two days shy of three weeks. I agree that it's an exceptionally long time to wait for an order, and we're finally starting to see our turnaround times decrease after being required to take measures to protect our staff from the COVID19 pandemic. These longer turnaround times will completely disappear once we're able to fully staff our warehouses again.
