Thanks for your review. Our apologies if we weren't able to deliver your order in your anticipated time frame. I would appreciate it if you might be able to get back with me and let me know where you saw that order would arrive in 5-7 days. With all of the delays in the supply chain, our warehouses, and the shipping companies as a result of the pandemic, we've instructed our reps not to give solid arrival dates.

“The order was filled promptly and the order left their facility in a timely manner. The problem was and still is the delivery service. I have still not received the item. It has been at their facility in Tracy, CA for 3 days without moving and they will not give me a delivery date.”

“I needed to replace a diaphragm in an old Toro control, but couldn't find it locally. A Google search lead me to Sprinkler Supply Store. I found the part I needed right away. When I ordered the part, I found that orders have a minimum of $30. It would be great if this was changed. I went ahead and ordered 3 of the same part, since I have more of these old valves that I know will eventually fail. Still, I wish the $30 minimum wasn't there. It took 11 days from when I ordered to when it was shipped, including a followup email to get an update. I know some of this had to do with Covid-19, so want you to know I need to cut you a lot of slack over what is uncontrollable. However, receiving more automated updates would be a great improvement. The parts I received are exactly what I needed and the one I've installed so far is working flawlessly. So, overall I'd give you guys a 9 out of 10, which in my book, is pretty darn good! Thanks!”

“Sprinkler Supply Store was great to deal with. Prices were great. They responded to my email questions very quickly to make sure I was ordering the exact parts I needed. They shipped quickly ( hurricane and Covid not withstanding ) and kept me updated on the delivery time. Very positive experience.”
