“Found it easy to review catalog of sprinkler parts. Have an old system and needed some new nozzles and filters, ended up calling in an order because was not abl to navigate the electronic route. Guy was very helpful. When small order arrived all the parts were male, I needed female. Don't know what happened,am a little unsure what to do at this point.”

“Very prompt ordering and delivery. However, the shipment was the 1" coupling with the ridges inside when I ordered the Slip coupling which I was told did not have the ridge in the center of the coupling.--I could have been mistaken. I want the 1" coupling so I can slide the coupling in full on one pipe and slide it down the connecting pipe.”
