“I found the answer to a problem I had with some of my sprinklers in a YouTube video made by Sprinkler Nerd Andy who is affiliated with Sprinkler Supply Store (SSS). I ordered the needed parts from SSS using their website. It was very easy and parts arrived in a timely basis. The parts have now been installed and I will be ordering some additional parts from SSS to finish the project.”

“Always nice to work with you people. My only gripe is this time I had two orders placed within 5 minutes of each other and they would have fit in the same box but you sent two orders in separate packages so I paid double freight. This takes alot of the incentive to order on line!!!”

Our warehouses are typically working really hard to push orders out in a timely manner and aren't always able to catch that we have multiple orders shipping to the same address.

“Service was good. The answers I received from the chat were not really clear for my Toro system. Ultimately the correct replacement parts were shipped and I fixed my water leak. The shipping took 5 days which wasn’t ideal. Thanks for your help!”
