“Finally found the parts I needed. Because your site included the blow -up schematics, I was FINALLY able to find the part I needed. And it was inexpensive even with shipping! We'll be ordering more parts soon.”

Hi Lounn - I had reached out to you earlier today in response to your email. One of the shipments in your order was lost by FedEx. I placed a replacement order in our system, which we'll get out for you here shortly. You should be seeing the order confirmation already, followed by tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

“The experience was great concerning Sprinkler Supply Store until they turned the delivery over to the USPS. At 1:13 this afternoon USPS notified me that the package was "Delivered in/at Mailbox." Too bad it wasn't my mailbox. I have filed a missing package notice with them.”

Looks like we turned a backordered product around in 2 days on a 7-10 day projected delivery, but the shipment definitely took much longer than expected once it got into the hands of USPS. “Ordered 2" clamps, Received 2 1/2" clamps. I tried to get someone to correct the problem and got someone telling me they would close to 2". Good luck with that!”

“It took a lot longer than normal to receive my sprinkler nozzles. One suggestion I have is a little bit better communication from you to your customers especially when orders are taking a while.”

Hi Robert - thanks for the review. Just called and left you a message. A Mr Monsen contacted us and has your package. We verified the address with him, and he lives at the address that was provided as the shipping address on that order. So it sounds like we were given the incorrect shipping address. Regardless, I left his number in my voicemail and he's more than willing to work with you to get your package ASAP.

“My landscaping guy aerated my lawn and ran over the drain cover on the French drain in the backyard and damaged it. When I told him it had to be replaced he agreed but he couldn't find one locally so told me he would pay for it if I could find one. I went online and the Sprinkler Supply Store in NY had the exact cover at a reasonable price. Shipping from NY to ID only took a week.”
