“This time not such a great experience. 1st an email from FedEx said it was delivered, it wasn't delivered to me but rather back to SSS. 2nd received the package to find parts missing Missing units are on backorder, no notice of same. Long time customer never had an issue.”

HI David - our apologies for the confusion on this order. FedEx picked up about 70 packages from our New York warehouse the day that your order shipped out and proceeded to accidentally mark all of them as shipped - they were able to correct this error over the next couple of days, but three of those packages ended up returning to our main office as undeliverable. We immediately shipped the packages back out to the customers. The order for your missing nozzles was shipped the next day and should be arriving to you tomorrow. Looks like we're 4 for 5 with you at the moment, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to prove this was just a glitch.
