“exactly what I ordered”

“Today it is harder and harder to shop "brick & mortar" stores and find what you need. You can find anything on Amazon, but I try to find something smaller, ideally privately owned. If the price and delivery are okay, I will take the latter choice every time. This was the case with Sprinkler Supply Store. Easy ordering, fair price & delivery. Delivery timing not next-day like some Prime transactions, but met my expectations. Communication was great.”

“I talked with Denny personally and found him to be helpful, enthusiastic and interesting. He followed up with fast shipping, good communications and an extra perk. The company seems to be interested in the customer and although I may have solved my sprinkler problems, I wouldn't hesitate going back to them for information, advice and service. 5 stars.”

“Ordered my parts on on line. However, I ordered the wrong one. Called to ask how to return the part. Costumer service sent me an email with all the instructions. Worked out great. I now have the right part from Sprinkler Supply Store.”

“Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. I even scheduled an appointment for a call and that didn’t happen. I thought when I bought the sprinkler it would hook up to my hose but found out that I had to by an extra piece and a reducer for my water pressure that I bought from Lowe’s because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from your company.”

“The Wireless Rain Clik transmitter works very well. Your U-Tube show on how to wire and calibrate the unit needs work. It seems that you guy is not really up on how the unit truly works.”
