“DO NOT order from Stacees.com. They have horrible customer service and refuse to give a full refund even when they sent the wrong size dress. They sent me a dress with a bust 9” smaller than what I ordered. I have talked with 6 different people and they don’t read the notes, so they just keep giving me the run around. They offered me $80 today out of $181. I called my credit card company and got back $81 today and they are investigating. I should see my refund in the next month. I would email the company and then go straight to your credit card company or bank. You will never get a full refund from Stacee.com.”

“THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. We ordered a dress for our daughter's prom. The dress came in and did not fit. We bought another from them, and contacted them to return the first dress. It's been nothing but a runaround. The standard China scam - first they offer some money, then they say it'll cost too much to ship back, then they offer a little more money and say we should resell the dress ourselves online. Never once have we gotten the return address. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do NOT trust this merchant with ANY of your money.”

“Horrible, dishonest scammers. You will never get a refund. I wish I had seen all these reviews before i ordered. I ordered a standard size. The runaround i got was almost comical. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!”

“Terriable this js not custom size u pick the size on there website. I measure my daughter who wears a 7/8 and per there measurement it said order a size 14 so i did dress is huge im the back not tight fitting. Before i purchased i asked if i can return they said yes now they wont offer return a disgrace. NEVER BUY FROM THEM . I wish i saw all these reviews b4 purchasing.”

“If I could give it zero stars, I would absolutely according to their return policy you’re able to submit a return within 14 days original tag still on I created a ticket. I followed all of the directions they tried to haggle with me at first offering me $30 credit $40 credit 50 up through $60 Instead of taking the dress back I sent photos of the original dress with the original tags never been worn and it’s probably been 35 emails later and they continue to avoid giving the address to return it. Do not ever order from them do not give them your business. They do not say what they mean they do not follow the policy that they have posted. I would advise even though the price might seem enticing. It’s not worth the hassle of dealing with a company that doesn’t stand for integrity and honesty, avoid avoid avoid and I will continue to to ensure that people understand that they are not going to get a refund so do not spend your money on this company !!!!!”

“Really bad experience ordering from Stacees. The colour of the dress was completely wrong, it should have been a sage green with similar colored sequins, but what arrived was a lime/fluorescent green dress with bright gold sequins. It looked awful and my daughter was so disappointed and now has to find another dream for her school ball in one week. We don't have the money for another dress. When I queried it as soon as it arrived in the mail, Stacees just came back saying they could not see anything wrong with the 'tailor's finish' when it was clearly nothing to do with that. I sent clear pictures to show the massive discrepancy in colour and compared to their colour charts online, it was clear that we had been supplied with a "lime Green" dress rather that "Sage". They refused to refund us, then offered to make another dress (at our additional cost and shipping), then said don't send the other dress back as it will get lost in the mail??!!) This company is a joke and a compete rip-off. It appears that you are ordering from a reputable UK or USA site but the dresses are shipped from China and judging by the customer services replies I've had, they are China-based as well. Will obviously not ever order from Stacees again, I'm now over $250 out of pocket and have a dress that looks like it should be sent to the charity shop or the dress up box, with no offer of compensation from customer service. I just keep getting the same email back from various 'people' saying that I can pay to have another dress made...wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again, they need to read the room!! After several messages back and forwards going round in circles, I have not heard anything from them for several days..hence why I am posting this review as I feel I have given them a fair chance to rectify the situation but have heard nothing. Be aware, terrible after sales service, once they have your money it appears that they do not care! UPDATE: I have now been offered a $50 refund if I remove all of my negative reviews...NO CHANCE!! Judging by other reviews I'd never get the refund anyway.”

“Stay away. Sheisty. Ordered prom dress with extra pay for expedited shipping arrived days after event Simply requested my free shipping label and return and 2 weeks later they are doing everything they can to dick me around and not honor the return. They are over sees and with no business conscience. DO not do it with any of these A___n/C_____E companies. Please save yourself the hassle and stress”

“Avoid this company, parcel arrived late, much later than advised, i paid additional insurances on delivery made no difference. They do not honour any refund policy and now it is impossible to get a response. I've been offered £50 for an order that was a few hundred pounds and no way to return. Quality of the dresses is the lowest of the low so cheap and unusable.”

“Do not order from this site! They will say they accept returns and will pay for the shipping on the website and then will talk you out of it and say it’ll cost more to return with “unstable shipping these days” and won’t let you return! The quality of the dress is cheap and I would not buy from this site!”

“I ordered a mother of the bride dress size 12. A couple days later I received an email asking me questions about the date of the wedding and my measurement so that can make sure I ordered the right size dress. I sent them the information. Well they now tell me the dress was custom made so there is no returns. They tricked me into answering the questions so they can say it’s a custom dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!”

“DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I submitted a return request 2 days after the delivery and the customer service department has been trying to get me to keep them even though my wedding was a month ago, stating the return label will cost money and will refund me $40. $40 for my $300 order? I think not. This company will try to take your money and not work with you for returns as stated on their website and policy”

“VERY MISLEADING company. You CAN NOT return a dress back to them; even though they say you can. MULTIPLE emails back and forth just giving the run-around. They are offering me $30 for a $250 dress I ordered (not altered either). It is their scam. A friend of mine is going through exactly the same thing. Same emails, etc. Reading the other reviews shows this is just how they do business. I will be filing complaints and comments on every forum I can find. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STACEES.”

“This company lies. They will not give you a return. They offered to give $25 on $200 dress that was not worn because they didn't get it here in time for the event. The return request was done in a timely manner before the 14 days and customer service waited to responded and then try to give nothing for the dress and explain that shipping would cost too much that we should keep the dress.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have had the same issue as others who have commented. The communication with them is exactly the same as others who have posted screen shots. Not only was the dress not as picuted or described on the web site, they only wanted to refund me 70% of the cost of the dress and I pay for the return shipping! I suggest everyone file a complaint/report with the US Federal Trade Commission, BBB, International Consumer Complaint Network and Paypal if you made your purchase through them.”
