“Do not order from here!!!! I bought a dress for my wedding reception and paid extra to have it expedited. They said it would arrive April 8th (tomorrow). I even contacted customer service the day of my order to 100% confirm that timeframe, they said it is exact and not an estimate. I now see it hasn’t even shipped yet. Contacted customer service and they were absolutely useless, just saying it’s still in production and it’s delayed. Contacting my bank for a refund now, wish I hadn’t ordered from this awful company.”

“This company is a scam do not order from them, they wont accept your items for a refund even if you're within their policy. I ordered white dresses in standard sizes and these didn't fit the girls even though they match the measurements within their size guidelines. The colour also was BLUE tinted not white. They take over 24 hours to reply and refuse to refund , its like they divert the questions and avoid a refund. I was concerned when ordering and pre sales reassured me that I would get a refund for the dresses I didnt like... absolute CON please avoid.”

“If anyone is considering buying from these I wouldn’t bother. I checked with them before ordering what their returns policy was. I was informed that as long as I ordered a standard size returning wouldn’t be a problem. I chose to order two dresses knowing I could return one. After a month of waiting for delivery the dresses arrived. Then the fun and games began. They are now refusing to refund me for the dress I want to return. Only offering 70% and their maths 70% of £110 is £45 🤷‍♂️. I do have an email that confirms what I’m saying with regards to the return’s policy pre purchase.”

“I ordered a dress for my daughter's school prom, which was miss sized when it came and my floor was full of blue glitter, by reading the reviews I can already sense that this company is a scam company and to add to this I will not be making any further payments as you seem to be avoiding letting me return the dress as you don't wish to refund me I wasn't even given notification this dress was even delivered it was found in my front garden the service has been poor. Date of experience: 23 March 2024”

“It seems to be impossible to return an item even though the policy says standard sized items can be returned - I have a standard size dress that does not fit no problem with quality of article but all I get is suggestions to sell and get another at reduced price and the response has been difficult to understand as it is obviously not someone whose first language is English as text makes little sense - I would not recommend you buy from stacee’s unless you 100% sure the item will fit quality let down by poor customer service”

“My birthday is February 29th I ordered a dress and I paid the extra to have it shipped on time for my 40th birthday photo shoot I only get a birthday every 4 years and I wanted to make it special since it was my 40th well dress never came in I got the tracking number and it says it was delivered to the original sender I contacted them never got my money back or the dress the tracking number still says it’s in LA ! These people are shady”

“THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR STATED RETURN POLICY! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM NOW OUT $200 AND STUCK WITH A DRESS THAT I WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO ATTEMPT TO RESELL (AS THEY SUGGESTED). From Stacees: "Thank you very much for supporting us and purchasing dress from our site. We usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. What's more, we also enjoy the discounted price of cooperating with express companies. If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about $30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view. So how about this, we refund you $30 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept?" Tip for consumers: DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID Products used: None - stuck with $200 dress that is defective. They will not honor their posted return policy”

“I would not even give them one star. PLEASE don’t buy from this company. I paid over £100 for a two piece suit. The top fitted, the bottoms were enormous. Immediately went on line to start the return. They are trying every which way to avoid me returning the suit.”

“Do not use this company!!! I read the returns policy before ordering and as long as you ordered a standard size and did not provide custom sizes, it stated returns are easy so I ordered a standard 10 and a 12. They will not refund the one I don't need and they will not accept a return. THey just keep giving me off with the offer of a new dress instead so that I can sell the one I have?? The latest is an offer of £30 when I paid £143. A complete scam of a company and of you look on other review sites(which I wish I did) it looks like a very recent change on their website about returns because so many others have fallen foul of this company within the last free weeks. They need closing down. There will no doubt be a reply on here from "john" to say they are sorry and they will keep looking into it. It's taken 4 weeks of emailing already so I doubt it. Horrendous experience.”

“I ordered 2 dresses for 2 different occasions. The first dress came and is 30" too short. This company is a scam. They will not reimburse me, I never received the second dress. You cannon speak to a human. DO NOT ORDER! I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.”

“AVOID! I emailed Stacees prior to buying my wedding dress because I was between sizes and wasn’t sure which size would suit. I wanted to know if they had a UK return address to save on return shipping if I needed to. I was told they had “offices in the UK” and it wouldn’t be a problem to order two and return one. In the end, I went with just one dress. It arrived a few weeks later and I was SO disappointed. It looked NOTHING like the picture! The colour was off, the material was cheap and nasty and there was all this awful netting that the advertisement photo just didn’t have. The fit was atrocious. I absolutely hated it. I later found out they steal legit designers photos and make bad copies. I contacted Stacees to arrange a return and went round in circles with them trying to get me to accept a partial refund. I didnt want a partial refund, I wanted a full refund on return (what am I going to do with a spare wedding dress? It’s not like I’m ever getting married again!). In the end, they told me they wouldn’t accept a return unless it was damaged! Tried to make out it was “custom made” when it wasn’t - I never provided any measurements (they charge more for that!). Basically, after doing some research, I realised they’re a scammy Chinese company that don’t adhere to distance selling laws. Avoid. Don’t take the risk. They might be cheap, but that’s for a reason. Cheap and nasty 🤮 I’ve now been conned out of £400 and looking in to how I can take this further. Hopefully PayPal or my bank may be of assistance.”

“I recieved a dress and the same day requested return information because the clasp was broken. They gave me the run around over 2 weeks and would not give me the return address information. They have no contact phone number either and I was communicating through email and chat. Neither was good and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site. Poor customer service!”

“Zero stars actually. I ordered a dress that was not custom. Standard size. Upon receipt I began to attempt a return. The dress quality was poor and it was very uncomfortable. 12 days of emailing and chatting and the run around only for them to say it is a custom dress and not returnable. It most certainly is not custom, they just want to keep your money. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying here. The dresses look nice, but you might get something other than what you were hoping for and then your stuck with it and instead of purchasing through a U.S. dress shop you are not out times 2 because guess what, you go back to the dress shop anyway.”

“Horrible company. They do NOT accept returns! I specifically called them and talked to someone who said that they accept returns 14 days after purchase. This is NOt true. They just delay tactics. Do NOT buy from them!”

“I am struggling to return a suit due to the trousers being too big. I have requested a ticket, sent photos that they requested and to date still haven’t got the returns details. Would recommend you never buy from this company.”
