They're refusing a refund for a dress that was not like picture it had a very see through bodice. Now ignoring my emails after months of back and forth emails of ridiculous offers from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that a company can get away with it. Shall report to trading standards and advise anyone else to do so that has had problems with them. Now left with a dress that can not be worn and £150 out of pocket!!!!

Do not buy from Stacee’s. No matter what they say it is impossible to return You don’t need a “ticket” to buy but you need a “ticket” to return. It is impossible to figure out how to get a ticket. On live chat they don’t help they say you need a “ticket”. It is not hard to return it’s impossible Do not buy. I am terribly unhappy

My daughter and I ordered a Prom dress on March 22, with Prom on April 6th. A standard dress (NOT custom). The delivery date was set for March 30-April 3. I have the screen shots to verify. Dress was delivered on the evening of the 8th. We had to buy a new dress at the mall the day of Prom and there was not much selection, but she had to get something. I have tried multiple times to get a refund and they are now unresponsive. I have copies of the chats and ticket information. They asked if I wanted to keep the dress and get a $40 refund. It was her senior prom and it is OVER. I want the full $159 refund. They will not respond to my ticket or chat requests. I have not even opened the dress, it is still in the original package waiting for instructions, return authorization, return address etc. After multiple attempts to return the dress, they came back again asking if I would take a $40 refund and keep the dress and if I insist, I would need to pay for shipping and they would only give me a 70% return. "If you insist on returning, we will apply for this return privilege from our manager and proceed a 70% refund of dress cost for you after receiving item."

I just want to make people aware not to use this company. You can not return items no matter what. I ordered two prom dresses which they pressurised me into giving the measurements for each dress, which they ended up making them the wrong way around. They will not accept responsibility and will not let you return them. Please avoid.

yeah avoid at all costs! I have taken this up with my credit card provider. You cannot have a business where you cannot return an item if unwanted. They are not made to measure, they're made to order, which means they dont have to have any stock in store. This company should not be allowed to trade because they're not adhering to customer buying 'rights'.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY These are online scummers and they do not seem to care however many bad reviews they recieve!! I bought a wedding dress last year 2023. It's almost a year, I never recieved the dress and up until now I have not recieved my money back £265 despite all the going back and forth battling with them. You deserve better, DO NOT RISK!! That's the Order Number: DB5WDX56-1.

Stacee’s is shown as being owned by DIY FASHION LTD.. the sole director being Yongjun YU a Chinese National born in July 1983. The company was first registered at 39-41 Chase Side London N14 5BP where a Chinese owned management company is registered. Shortly before being struck off the company changed its Registered Office to a takeaway in Bridgend South Wales. This is a fraudulent business.

If I could give a negative I would! Wish I would have read all of these reviews regarding their return policy prior to ordering. Like many others, I ordered a standard size knowing that I would receive a full refund if returned. AFTER 2WEEKS of back and forth with their ridiculous customer service...They offered me $25 refund and to keep the dress...still out $180 and a dress my daughter does not want. They first demanded pictures of the dress, and even my daughter!! I refused and they said that the shipping was "spotty" and that's when they offered a refund of $25 for my troubles. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will NOT respond, will NOT honor their return policy. I really wish I would have seen these reviews before hand because now I’m stuck with a dress that is nothing like the picture. It’s fuzzy and the sequins are barely sparkly. It’s terrible, ordered a normal size and they are saying that I ordered a custom size. Lies, lies, LIES!! They should be shut down!!

This company lies. It does not adhere to it's T&C . I ordered a wedding dress, which I was assured I could return, if it didn't fit properly. I had to send photos to prove the fit was bad. They then offered me £15 refund, stating I could keep the dress and re-sell it!! it is not my policy to sell their dress..... They now have made no contact with me at all despite all my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT

If I could give zero stars I would! This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a complete scam and will not provide returns slips or information on how to return items that don't fit. Despite the return information on their website, they absolutely WILL NOT accept returns and they don't have a customer service team available to talk to. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from this supplier.

This company and their customer service is truly disgusting. How they are still able to trade is beyond me. My sister bought our bridesmaid dresses on here. They look nothing like the photo and we have been fighting for some sort of response for weeks now. All they keep saying is they can’t accept the return which baffles me when it was a standard order. It’s clear from reading other reviews they clear email back off a script with no thought or feeling of how the customer will be. Hopefully people who read these messages will avoid at all costs.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter to try on and neither fit to her satisfaction. I not only read the refund policy but made sure it was fine to return via email and they said yes. I asked for a refund and the customer service has been terrible. They take days to get back to me with a short sentence reply asking me for something else. I am still waiting. I would not recommend ordering anything from this site unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it. In the prom dress world that is hard to do.

Appalling company. I ordered my wedding dress and I was told that it would be with my on 25 March and I have contacted them and given them additional time and told them I have a dress fitting and will be charged if the dress is not here. They assured me it would be here by 6th April and it wasn’t so i have lost out on an additional £75 because of them. The dress showed up today while I was talking to them and they have just been rude and dismissive of the fact that this is my wedding dress and I get married in 5 days and do not have time to alter or get another fitting. The customer service is non existent and I would not be seen dead in one of their dresses right now. I was told I would be refunded if the dress did not arrive by 6th and sure enough they refuse to refund. I am very angry and upset and this is stressing me out before my wedding. If you do order from them, do not expect them to meet their own time frames and do not expect any form of decent customer service. I will never use them again.

The dress quality totally met my expectations however even though I ordered based on my size it wasn’t a good fit. It was too tight in some spots and too big in others. They claim to offer hassle free returns but that is a complete lie. I have been receiving the runaround for a long time and I finally accepted their offer to keep the dress and buy another one of similar value for a very reduced price. I sent back the choice I had made requesting what the next steps are and after several follow-ups from my end…. Nothing. Stacees need to understand that there are many online options to buy with legitimate hassle free returns. People are buying for special events and naturally we want it to be as perfect as possible. Times like this can be stressful enough without the added anxiety caused by a deceitful online merchant. I am giving Stacees the opportunity to make this right. I will wait to hear from you.

Do not order from here!!!! I bought a dress for my wedding reception and paid extra to have it expedited. They said it would arrive April 8th (tomorrow). I even contacted customer service the day of my order to 100% confirm that timeframe, they said it is exact and not an estimate. I now see it hasn’t even shipped yet. Contacted customer service and they were absolutely useless, just saying it’s still in production and it’s delayed. Contacting my bank for a refund now, wish I hadn’t ordered from this awful company.
